Processing time is 4-7 business days (M-F) NO WEEKENDS
Shipping & Delivery time is an additional 2-4 business days after processing has completed. (Monday - Friday) NO WEEKENDS.

:After an order is placed we do not offer any exchanges, returns, cancellations and/or refunds unless items are damaged upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged please send product back to our return address with a tracking # provided. Once we have possession of the item we will review it and you will be notified via email with a store credit coupon code if approved for an exchange. ONCE AN ITEM IS PLACED THERE ARE NO ADDRESS CHANGES, PLEASE ENSURE TO LIST ALL APT, SUITES, AND UNIT #'S.
