We love happy customers, but for hygiene reasons All sales are FINAL, there are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges.
FOR DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please contact glamdfurreal@gmail.com regarding any product/order damages with your order number.
Upon arrival please inspect your order and contact us immediately if your item is defected or damaged or if you received the wrong item/item size. Any damaged or defected items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with a picture in correspondence to the damaged item.

WE HUSTLE FAST! You will get a tracking number so you can stalk your glam package in real time.
Processing times are 4-7 business days.
Shipping time is 2-4 business days.
For pickup orders processing time is 1-2 business days.
We only ship M-F no weekends are included in shipping or processing time.
WE are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Be sure to input the correct address, apt/suite/or unit # on all orders.
